Yes. Potts Brothers Construction is a Class A licensed general contractor (RBC/CBC) and fully insured. We pull the proper permits and schedule inspections on every job that needs them.

Yes. Estimates are free and there's no obligation. We'll walk the project with you, talk through options and finishes, and give you a clear, itemized price before any work starts.

Do you use your own crew or subcontractors?

Our own in-house crew handles your project start to finish. No rotating subcontractors. The same people who start your job are the ones who finish it, which is how we keep quality and accountability where they belong.

Do you offer a warranty?

Every project carries our standard workmanship warranty, backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If you aren't happy, we aren't done.

How long will my project take?

It depends on scope. Concrete flatwork is often a few days plus cure time; garages and additions run several weeks depending on size, permits, and weather. We give you a realistic schedule with your estimate and keep you updated as the work moves.

We may share information with trusted service providers who perform work on our behalf (such as website hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, email delivery, and our CRM), and we may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Contact and estimate form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service.

Text Messages

If you call Potts Brothers Construction and the call is not answered, an automated text is sent back to the number you called from, asking what you need. After a completed job you may get one text asking for a review. That is the whole program: service messages about your own enquiry or your own job.

Message frequency varies and depends on what you contact us about. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third party. Your number is used to reply to you about your own enquiry and nothing else. We do not send promotions or marketing by text.

Texts are sent on our behalf by our messaging provider so they can be delivered, and by the software that runs our phone and review follow-up. Neither uses your number for anything other than delivering these messages. Our terms describe the text program in full.

Data Retention

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, and meet our legal and business requirements. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
