Home Additions
More space, without the bolted-on look
A good addition doesn't look added. We match the existing lines, siding, and trim so a sunroom or second story reads like it was always there, and we coordinate with engineers and inspectors when the structure calls for it.
Whether you're expanding a kitchen, adding a floor, or finishing out new living space, we plan the work to minimize disruption to the parts of the house you're still living in.

Good To Know
Home Additions: Common Questions
Will the addition match the rest of my house?
That's the goal. We match the existing lines, siding, and trim so the new space looks original. We'll review materials with you so the transition is seamless inside and out.
Can I stay in my home during the addition?
In most cases, yes. We sequence the work to keep the lived-in parts of the house usable and contain dust and disruption as much as possible.
Do second-story additions need an engineer?
Usually. Adding a floor changes how loads travel through the house, so we coordinate with structural engineers and inspectors to do it safely and to code.
How do I know if my home can support an addition?
We start with a site visit to assess the existing structure, foundation, and layout, then tell you honestly what's feasible and what it takes.
